but have since been lost. The Web site implied there were no meetings after this until Sep. 30, 1999. It
is unclear what this meetng was, and whether it contained the elections which should have occurred about
seven months earlier.

July 31st, 2005 (also
available in MS Word format) -- This special meeting, an extraordinary meeting outside
the jurisdiction of the Bylaws, was called by Donald Alperstein, USFA General Counsel, who was designated
by the USFA "to conduct the Gulf Coast division in the current year's election and the adoption of by-laws
to comply with USFA requirements" on or before Jul. 16th. This notice was made in a letter to the
voting members of the Division from the USFA. Although the letter stated that the location of this
meeting would be announced on this Web site no later than July 15, 2005, the location was not posted until
July 18th (because the computer with the bookings for the venue was down until the responsible
personnel ended their work week July 15th).
April 1st, 2006 (only
