Minutes of Meetings of the Division Board

"Meetings of the Division Board shall be called by agreement of four representatives, and held at such time and place as the four representatives designate. All representatives and the Secretary shall be given not less seven (7) days notice of all meetings. ..." -- Division Bylaws

  • September 18th, 2004 (also in MS Word format) -- This meeting was called by agreement effectively at 1:01 PM Sep. 9, 2004 of of Frank Berntsen (SHHSFT), Matt Delevoryas (CLFC), Andrew Nat (KB), and Terry Hodges (WFC).

  • November 6th, 2004 (also in MS Word format) -- This meeting was called by agreement effectively at 11:28 PM Sep. 20, 2004 of of Frank Berntsen (SHHSFT), David Mayerich (TAMUFC), Peter Power (SC), and Suzanne Simpson (RFC).

  • December 18th, 2004 (also in MS Word format) -- This meeting was called by agreement Dec. 11, 2004 of of Andrey Geva (ALL), Suzanne Simpson (RFC), August Skopik (KB), and Bill Trapani (KTFA).

  • March 5th, 2005 (also in MS Word format) -- This meeting was called by agreement Dec. 18, 2004 of of Andrey Geva (ALL), David Mayerich (TAMUFC), Steve Moss (WFC), and Russell Stovall (SM). These minutes are a draft which has yet to be accepted by the Division Board. This is to be expected, as this was the last meeting of the Division Board before the Bylaws were changed on July 31, 2005 causing the Division Board no longer to exist..
